Probation & Pretrial

NDS provides probation and pre-trial supervision for courts across the Kansas City Metro area. One of the requirements of this supervision is that you meet with an assigned officer on a regular basis. In addition, it’s possible that you might be required to complete certain special conditions along with reporting.

Our goal is to ensure that everyone who walks in our door has every opportunity to successfully complete their term of supervision. We will facilitate the completion of all special conditions, as well as assist in the referral process to outside services such as treatment, housing, employment assistance, or any other court directives as needed.
